"A week for a business trip was scheduled for me in Johannesburg. I wanted to extend my stay for another week to spend some time with my son with a Safari. Tried with some websites, but the were quite obscure and confusing especially when you have never done a safari before. At some point I landed on the safari.com website with the possibility to converse with a representative. I talked to Annemarie Linda and she helped me to find a programme with the budget I gave and the availability of lodges. She really did a great job and everything she organised was perfect. She was available at all times to answer to any questions I had. Thank you very much Annemarie and Safari.com"

"I only had two nights free for a side-trip to Kruger national park, and not much time to organise it. Giada at Safari.com took the challenge in hand, gathering my requirements and providing options to choose from almost the same day (only time zones caused the delay!). She organised flights to fit with my pre-booked business trip, car transfers to and from the airport and a stay at Lukimbi lodge - I didn't have to organise a thing. Any questions were answered straight away, and when one of my flights experienced a delay, a quick call to Giada meant that the transfer was rescheduled and the accommodation notified on my behalf. Staying at Lukimbi was a great choice - the 5 star lodge is in a private concession within Kruger National Park. The rooms are amazing, with views straight out over a waterhole and wildlife everywhere. The lodge organises two game drives at dawn and dusk each day, plus a guided walk (all activities optional), with all meals included (delicious and plentiful). Guests are allocated into small groups with a dedicated ranger and tracker, so you get to know each other over the course of your stay, and have different experiences each day. The private concession means this area of the park is not open to the general public and there are far fewer vehicles around. My visit was right at the end of the dry season - the landscape was dry and stark but stunningly beautiful, and full of all the wildlife you'd want to see. I only wish I'd had longer to enjoy it. All the staff at Lukimbi were amazing. As a solo female traveler I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my trip."
