Safari accommodation at Elephant Plains is provided in a series of Rondavels, each sporting its own air conditioning, coffee facilities, en-suite bathrooms, mosquito netting, and sundeck.
Room is also provided in several luxury Suites, also fitted with air conditioning, as well as fireplaces, minibars, overhead fans, safes, tea and coffee making stations and mosquito netting
Elephant Plains offers entertainment in the way of guided safari drives, one conducted in the morning, the other at dusk. These outings are coordinated, and the guests kept up to date by highly trained teams of experienced game rangers and local shangaan trackers. Guided bush walks are also conducted during the day, during which guests have the opportunity to get within arm's reach of the animals they spot, as well as engaging with their trackers on the topics of local bush types, bird habitats, and the area's history.
A special treat for guests is the lodge's skywatching excursions, a world away from the heavy city lights which so often obscure the stars. Once again, all guides accompanying on these trips have completed training in this field, and play an informative role in the evening.

These will be mine second time going to Africa, the first time I booked everything with safari.com and pascal helped. He was amazing everything went perfect. Now going back to Botswana and pascal did everything again very fast and perfect. I had the best time and everything was super vip, and can’t wait to be back.October can’t come soon enough.

The time difference across the globe made no difference. I am so excited for the itinerary she has put together. Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure! Highly recommend!
