Kuname Manor House is nestled amongst the jackalberry trees on the banks of the Kuvenyami River which runs through the private 9 000 hectare Karongwe Private Game Reserve
Kuname Manor House is beautifully appointed and well suited to families with two en-suite bedrooms on the lower level, a loft room with two single beds, a kitchen with tea & coffee making facilities, a dining area, lounge, outdoor boma, air conditioning, and plunge pool.
Karongwe Game Reserve offers a diverse habitat that is home to the famous Big Five and is well known for incredible leopard sightings. There is also a number of other fantastic species to be seen, including wild dog, cheetah, spotted and brown hyena, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, kudu, bushbuck, steenbok, duiker, impala, waterbuck, black-backed and side-striped jackal, and honey badger to name only but a few. Night drives afford the opportunity of seeing special nocturnal animals such as porcupine, aardvark, civet, genet, caracal, and serval. Bird watching is phenomenal in this region with over 365 bird species recorded.
Activities offered at Kuname Manor House include twice daily open-vehicle game drives that are led by professional guides, guided bush walks which explore the fauna, flora and smaller wondrous creatures of the African bush, and spa treatments offered at the Thera Naka Spa.
Guests can also visit the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, glide through the air above the Sabie River Valley on a hot air balloon, or explore one of South Africa's most scenic routes known as the Panorama Route.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
