"We have never experienced this high standard of service and hospitality anywhere in the world before. The lodges are extremely private, well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean. The food is prepared fresh by the chef every day, even the bread! The safari game drives are brilliant. Craig was our driver, really informative and good humoured. Patricia manages the place really well. Martha was our Butler. Absolutely fantastic service, always with a smile. I can't wait to return!"

"What an amazing location and lodge in the superb Sabi Sands game reserve. This has to be one of the most luxurious lodges in the reserve. The chalets are just so well designed and have all the luxury features one could wish for. The food was fantastic and the game viewing just the best. We had a highly qualified senior ranger Mac looking after us and we had so many sightings of the big five and we also had the opportunity to see Cheetah and wild dogs on two occasions."

"Another great lodge in the Sabie Sands, although we were only here for a night it was obvious that it is a well run camp. The service was outstanding and nothing was too much for any of the staff. The room we were allocated had it's own dunking pool and separate sitting room/entrance area, the bedroom and ensuite bathroom was very spacious. Game drives were a pleasure to be on and our ranger was seasoned professional with a tracker who knew his stuff, they certainly delivered on the game drives and saw the big five and much more. The many bird species were also thriving. Food was very well presented and very tasty, never a chance of getting even remotely hungry. The camp which is in very good condition has been built on the bank on a narrow part of the river where there are an abundance of beautiful trees around the camp. The view from our room we found a little constrained as we prefer a feeling of space, but that's just personal. A wonderful experience."

"This was a fantastic place for our honeymoon. The lodge is beyond luxury in the middle of the bush. The bungalows are awesome and your private deck, infinity pool and outdoor shower overlook the animals. Service is top-notch and they truly go the extra mile to ensure all your needs are met. I would go back in an instant."

"Spent nights at Leadwood and I must say it did not disappoint. Mac, was our guide and he was absolutely fantastic. His passion for the bush shows when he guides. Prince, was our tracker and he was great as well. Martha was our butler and shes fantastic along with Isaac our host. The rooms here are so luxurious and the foods delicious. Great job by Alltes the Chief who discussed our meals with us and gave us exactly what we wanted. The game here is also outstanding. Many leopard, lion, giraffe, elephant and antelope, tons of birds and just overall an excellent experience."

"Absolutely incredible, 5-star luxury safari experience. The service and staff were exceptional, food was on par with any fine dining top end metro restaurant, and of course the game viewing was world-class, accommodation was luxurious. Thanks to Patricia, Martha and the team and of course our guides Justin and Christopher for an unforgettable four nights."

"We are two couples from LA sharing our first safari and definitely the best vacation experience we've ever had. Leadwood was stunningly beautiful -- chic, very large, well-appointed and comfortable individual villas, each with a huge deck and plunge pool overlooking a river bed constantly visited by a myriad of different animals. Service from all was superb -- very warm, very personal. Thanks to manager Patricia and butler Martha for making us feel so special! But the best part was the wondrous and abundant animal life-- lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, hippos, buffalo, zebras, hyenas, wild dogs, wildebeests, and much, much more -- coupled with the passion and knowledge of ranger Andrew and fabulous tracker Chris who made each outing a real adventure."

"On a scale of 1- 10 , this lodge is a perfect 10, the facilities are unbelievable with a massive living room, great bedroom and private bathroom. The staff is eager to please , anticipate every wish and very friendly. The cook presents the menu personally with the biggest smile and delivers the product. Unlike other lodges, the security that walks you to your room is constantly waving the flashlight in all directions looking for animals as opposed to simply lighting the path. Your safety is their highest concern. Our ranger and tracker were great at finding the animals and their personalities made it a fantastic experience. They were constantly checking the radio for animal sighting. Every day and night were different adventures. The manager and staff welcomed us back after each drive with such enthusiasm. I never expected or anticipated such luxury , friendliness or service in such an isolated location. Would make this the number 1 lodge in all of Africa. Best kept secret! Would go back in a heartbeat! Worth the 17 hour flight from USA. Surprises galore!"
