What made our experience great was working with Lana Goodwin who is an exceptional travel consultant. Previously working with another travel company and dealing with her who planned our first African Safari, we tracked her down to Safari.com which gave us great confidence knowing we were with a tireless travel agent who strived to fulfil all our expectations. The platform that safari.com use to connect and showcase the itinerary with accommodations, flights, activities etc is very well presented and easy to follow. When it comes to the financial deposits the company is very accepting of time constraints imposed by our financial institutions investigating fraud safety measures to insure our security.
