Old Traders Lodge is a charming and elegant accommodation nestled within the expansive Erindi Private Game Reserve in Namibia. Today you arrive in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the car rental company where you will receive your rental car. After a detailed briefing, it's finally time to get started.
Arrive at Erindi Game Reserve and check into Old Traders Lodge - Remember to enjoy the scenic beauty of the reserve as you drive in. Checking in you will escorted to your luxury suite. Settle in and enjoy lunch on the deck overlooking the waterhole.
Get ready for your first Game Drive in Erindi Game Reserve. - Look out for elephants, lions, and a variety of antelope species.
Dinner under the stars next to the fire.
Start your day with an early morning game drive (this is the perfect time as the animals are more active) Return to the lodge for your hearty breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day lounging next to the pool. Enjoy lunch and partake in an afternoon high tea, which is a delightful lodge tradition.
Hop on the safari vehicle for the afternoon game drive, where you will possibly view different animals and other parts of the reserve.
On return to the lodge you have time to freshen up for dinner under the stars.
Start the morning with your final breakfast and refreshments, depending on your travel plans, you may have time for one last morning activity before checking out.
Drive back to the airport to drop off the car rental and embark on the rest of your journey.

Sara from Safari.com was the agent who handled our itinerary. She was extremely responsive and provided several choices which fit our timelines and budget. She was always available for discussions over WhatsApp whenever I had questions. I am writing this review prior to actually going on the trip, but everything up to this point has been very smooth.

I was having trouble finding game lodge…
I was having trouble finding game lodges in and around Kruger Park. Sara Van Coille of Safari.com was very helpful in this regard, responding promptly to my questions and request, as this was all done over e-mail. Will be staying at Lukimbi, a game lodge within Kruger Park.

Outstanding and professional performance by Pascal John
Pascal John quickly proved his professionalism as well as his in-depth and experienced knowledge of South Africa safaris. He demonstrated the ability to rapidly understand what I was looking for out of a safari trip and how to make that happen. He added real value to the process with his connections to lodging reservations at various lodges and arranged for an itinerary that is not possible to accomplish by oneself on the internet alone. For example, he was able to negotiate away for me a single supplement. He added immediate value and quickly/painlessly everything came together. This includes booking flights, ground transport, lodging and wildlife drives. I can without reservation recommend working with Pascal John at Safari.com.
