After settling into your air-conditioned suite and enjoying a sumptuous lunch at the lodge's restaurant, you will gear up for your first of many adventures in the Kruger National Park. Head out with your ranger and tracker for the afternoon game drive through the reserve. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner. Designer menus offer a traditional taste delicately balanced with European flair.

With some of Kruger's most spectacular landscapes, an extraordinary variety of wildlife, and the many species of birdlife and plant life within the concession, each safari experience is unique.
Guests can enjoy a morning and afternoon safari in open 4x4 vehicles. The early morning safaris are very rewarding with ideal light for photography. Lions are still very active and on the move at this time, antelopes are more energetic, and an abundance of birds may also be seen. The afternoon safaris provide an opportunity to see nocturnal animals and perhaps even the elusive leopard. Guided bush walks are available to guests accompanied by highly qualified guides (can be requested in advance at an additional charge).
For relaxation between safaris, the sparkling swimming pool promises a refreshing dip while providing the opportunity to enjoy the rich and varied wildlife that comes to the river for a cooling drink.

This morning, you will enjoy a final breakfast and the last game drive before you transfer to Hoedspruit Airport to catch a flight back to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport.

Safari Serinade
My wife and I used Safar.com to book a safari in the Kruger. Leigh-Ann was very helpful and the itinerary she planned was very detailed and it was just what we were looking for. Leigh-Ann contacted me the evening of our arrival in South Africa to inform me that our lodge was closed due to the flooding in some of the Kruger, and did I wish to have a refund or go to an alternative lodge. I would like thank Leigh-Ann and her colleagues who at short notice reorganised our itinerary enabling us to have an amazing safari experience. South Africa Safari and Garden Route
