Anja helped us to craft our dream vacation
The reason why we used Safari.com was because of Anja. We really had no idea of what we wanted so we were not the easiest customers by a long stretch. With Anja’s help and patience we developed about 25 itineraries until we crafted our dream vacation that is taking us across 4 countries. It is an amazing itinerary and this was all possible because of Anja’s dedication to making our seemingly crazy ideas come to fruition in a manner that was realistic and met our budgetary requirements.

Trip to Kruger at Mdluli Safari Lodge
I loved working with Anja from safari.com. She put together my itinerary within my price range and was very professional, thorough and empathetic. She followed up with me many times to see if I needed anything throughout my trip and even filled out some forms for me when I was having difficulty. When the lodge I stayed at was not being accommodating in the slightest, she quickly contacted the manager and got them to rearrange their services to meet my needs. I would most certainly use safari.com again due to my wonderful experience working with Anja.

Keith - best travel agent in the world
Keith is such an amazing communicator, very organised and helpful. This will be my first ever visit to the Kruger national park. As a fellow South African I never had the chance to visit the Kruger NP. Keith sent us voice recordings and I cried listening to his accent and hearing the beautiful nature in the background bringing back so many fond memories of our beautiful country. These messages were so special! I can’t wait to visit and am really looking forward to the most magical experience.
