We were fortunate to have Shann who was so knowledgeable, patient and friendly and worked with us back and forth for about a month to ensure we got the exact trip we wanted. We made multiple changes and Shann was always accommodating and thoughtful and always gave us her personal suggestion based on our family of 3 and restrictions.
