Overall everything was fine and we enjoyed ourselves very much, thank you.
A great stay - superb views, very relaxing, well equipped and comfortable lodges.Perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while.
We had a fantastically relaxing 4 days' stay at Ebb & Flow. It's a wonderful place. Will definitely be back next year.
Very organised and friendly staff. Everything was very clean. Beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment with abundant birdlife.
Ebb and Flow Camp was really stunning. Well maintained, friendly staff and loads to do. We loved it.
Easy to find. Friendly staff. Clean, neat & safe. Bungalow/rondavel was clean, neat & fully equipped! Peaceful & serene! Surrounded by nature. Well managed & cared for. Joyful atmosphere, pure bliss! Can't wait to get the opportunity to stay over again.
Staff friendly and very helpful.
What a pleasure visiting! It is such a beautiful camping site. We stayed in the rondawels and had a great time. Clean linen and crockery. Peaceful weekend.
Good, clean accommodation. Everything as supplied. Excellent surrounding gardens & helpful staff.
It is always a pleasure to stay at the Ebb & Flow Restcamp. I have stayed many times over the past years, in most of the accommodation options available, but my personal favourite must be the lovely rondawels, which are good value for money. The service levels and professionalism and friendliness of the staff, everyone from the security at the gates, to the Reception to the cleaning staff is professional and friendly. The rest camp is excellently maintained. Thanks and I will be back many more times in future.
We booked for a rondawel at Eb and Flow, but they were busy renevating, so they put us in one of the log cabins, we were so surprise. We enjoyed it so much. It was clean and the service were very good and the people friendly.
We will refer people to you.
Thank you.
Was a very nice setup. beautiful view. Roof kept dripping water. Did not know where that came from at night while you sleeping. Overall is was a very nice stay at Eben flow.
Laid back, tranquil lifestyle in the most beautiful of settings. Utter peace and quiet. Spotless, clean and safe. Kiddies paradise for boating, fishing, playing football outside and riding bicycles.
A beautiful place, well-kept and clean. Excellent customer service from the gatekeeper and Reception and cleaning staff as always. Just one wish, can you look at installing "hydro-boil" facilities at the camping sites in the communal kitchens, for boiling water for a cup of coffee. For those of us campers who don't bring their contests of their household with them when they go camping...!
In summary:
Accommodation excellent
Facilities excellent
Staff excellent
Lovely accommodation that was cleaned daily, which was great but really needed a sink to wash dishes even if it was outside on the balcony. It was too noisy for us as well, children were playing mostly with no parental supervision or care. Otherwise wonderful setting, great Staff especially Wendy who was able to move us a little way from the noise. I had requested No: 20 or 21 as I realised the noise may be a problem but when we arrived no-one knew of this.
Simple, but clean Forest Cabin with terrace and view to the river. Nice palce for canoeing. The hinking trails are mostly through the forest only.
One word "Fantastic". Very nice camp site. North side the best. The hike to the waterfall was also very nice. Saw a lot of different birds.
It is a beautiful resort... wish we could have stayed longer. My only complaint: the ablutions could have been cleaner and the shower drain was blocked.
The bungalow, although basic which is what I expected, the furniture and fittings are very Tardy or tired and could easily be upgraded without much expense.
Awesomeness!! the experience from the first call till leaving the site, was a memory that will stay with me for life. I felt so important and safe not just for me, but also for my family. The service level was excellent and friendly.Thank you very much.
The Ebb and Flow Rest Camp offered a beautiful location on the banks of the Touw River in Wilderness. Although the weather left a little to be desired the cosy town of Wilderness provided many lovely restaurants offering good fare and value. The walking trails were excellent and the canoe ride up the river captured the wooded ravine to perfection. We will return!
Het baie lekker gekuier - wonderlike kamp. Alles was mooi skoon en reg. Dankie
We were 2 mature couples, each with their own wooden chalet. Friendly staff at reception. Good quality linen; clean and neat and good working shower. Spacious enough for 2 persons. Beautiful surrounds. Would make use of facility again.
This was about our 4th visit to Ebb and Flow and when we arrived I said to my husband "it was like coming home!" We had a very pleasant stay and although it rained a lot, we still enjoyed it. The highlight every year is walking the King Fischer Trail. See you next year
We are the proud subscribers of a Wildcard and are slowly visiting every Sanpark on your list. Ebb + Flow Wilderness was our latest choice and we booked in for Jan this year for 3 nights. Beside the perfect setting, we really enjoyed the peace and the quiet with nature being the dominant factor of recreation. The facilities were clean- as can be with the amount of traffic they had to deal with- and everybody was very accommodating, courteous and friendly. We plan to make it one of our regular stops on the Garden Route.
We had an awesome time at EBB & Flow. Our friend came camping with us for the first time, they never camped before they were so impressed with the beauty and restfulness of the area and the fact that we could just leave our camp site without needing to lock up. They still talking about the trip. Thanks, hope we will see you guys soon.
We had a great experience in a wonderful setting. Fortunately we got a cabin that was situated at a nice spot. In comparison to the other places we stayed I found the cabin a bit expensive.
The experience was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The rondawel had all the things we needed and more. Will definitely be staying there again.
We had a great stay! The ablution blocks could have been in a better condition.
Plantegroei baie mooi daar sien vreeslik baie vo
Lovely camp, pity the river is not cleaner near where we stayed at Rondavel 34 and Campsite 111. Ablutions not always clean especially over Christmas. Overall very good impressions, great welcoming gate staff and admin staff especially Elsabe and Susan. Thanks to them!
We stayed at the Ebb & Flow Rest Camp in Wilderness for two nights as we needed a place to stay over on our way to Tsitsikamma. We absolutely loved it. Our cabin was on the river bank. We hired a canoe and paddled down the river, cycled to town for a drink at the pub and hiked to the closest water fall where we swam in the lovely luke warm water. All in 1
Ebb and Flow has improved this year. The security is much better. They have also installed a braai on each site so you don't have to hire one anymore. Friendly staff as usual. Always a great time.
Stayed 4 days over Christmas and it was so peacefull. Normally you have a bit of noise in the evenings at camp sites but this one was so peacefull and quiet. Could enjoy the sound of the nature. Accomodation was clean, beds were good, not the boats you sometimes get. Enough to do, went up to the waterfall with the canoes, went for a few runs and swam in the river. Perfect. Will go again.
Accommodation was well-equipped & spotless. Great that legislation regarding no noise is strictly maintained and respected - even though camp was packed it was blissfully quiet. Thanks for a great stay!
We stayed at Ebb and Flow for a race we've done in the Wilderness. Really enjoyed our stay there. Well kept and quiet!
The period of stay was really very nice and the surroundings very ice. The camp is kept clean and userfriendly.

The camps site and setting is wonderful. It is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The chalets we had - 4 bunks timber on stilts, South side near river were adequate but would definitely be improved by some hanging or storage space for clothes. But the costs are reasonable and if there are less than 4 persons one of the beds can be used for that purpose. If the interior space of the cabins were a bit better organised I would have classified the site as exceptional.
A very well run camp, with extremely courteous and efficient staff.
Great setting - enjoyed easy access to beach and canoes. We had booked 4 adults + 1 child - knew about need to bring a blowup lilo bed but forget that needed extra cultlery/plates etc for the fifth personChris
No obvious recycling esp glass bottles in San Parks is always a problem to me - these places should be leading and teaching local communities & visitors to recycle and compost waste. It was not stated that we would have daily servicing - which we did not need!House very comfortable - but the dustbin trashed every night by a wild pig - clearly an ongoing problem. Kitchen equipment is well maintained and replaced - best maintenance that we have ever experienced in a SAN Parks facility - obviously excellent management and supervision make a huge difference - congratulations on the team. The feeling of honesty and trustworthiness among the staff is also highly appreciated.
It was just an overnight stay en route to Addo but we had no complaint about the rondavel (although the toilet could have been a little cleaner!) The grounds were very well maintained indeed.
Just a quick note on how cold the Rondawels are, especially in winter! We noticed the Rondawel next door had a heater, but we were not afforded that luxury. At R305 a night for such basic accommodation, it would be nice if staff would check that all rooms are equipped with a heater if available. All in all a great experience, and one of our many long-standing visits to the park. The delivery of fresh towels was a nice surprise.
We enjoyed the stay in a safari tent with simple, but adequate facilities for a short stay. Unfortunately we did not have time to spend in the park during day-time.
Trip and stay was great. Will definitely be back.
Beautiful spot. Unfortunately, no place to unpack one's clothes. We stayed for the weekend and had to live out of our bags.

Always enjoy our stay at Ebb and Flow.
Thank you for a pleasurable stay at EBB & FLOW.We enjoyed it very much. It's a beautiful place.Your service was also good. Blessings to you all.
We had a log cabin on the south side of the Ebb & Flow rest camp. It was well equipped. The weather was cold (end of June) but the cabin was comfortable. We appreciated the flat panel heaters in the living room. The lake and mountain views from the balcony were exquisite.
Entering the park with 11 vans was very easy and well organized. The park is well maintained with lovely ablutions. The view is spectacular. The next stay will have to be longer so we can enjoy the other activities on offer.
Great to see friendly faces and good team spirit. Thanks we enjoyed our stay.RegardsAmanda

The Ebb & Flow restcamp is beautiful and well maintained. The Cabin was clean and contained everything as specified. The staff were friendly and professional. It rained all the time we were there , so did not do any exploring.

Dit was heerlik, die dienste was baie goed, en abblusie geriewe baie skoon en op standaard. Die personeel baie vriendelik en die kampterrein regtig baie goed versorg en onderhou.Ons gaan julle definitief weer besoek.
We went up to Ebb & Flow so that I could do the Outeniqua half marathon. The accommodation was the only one left and a bit small but we ended up having an awesome stay in Wilderness. We went to the awesome craft market on the Sunday - had Kleptico at the Knysna V&A and went to birds of Eden.

We had a great time. The camp sites are very well maintained and so are the ablution facilities. The new braais were great but they need to be a bit lower as you cant sit around them for warmth and it was very cold in the evenings.
I had to leave Cape Town after 1 on the day I had booked the above camp. I only arrived after 6pm but did phone ahead to warn them. I had two small children in the car, and was quite anxious about arriving in the dark. I was assured that there would be someone at the gate. However, after arrival in the Wilderness, I could not find which gate/road to enter, or which was east or south?!? I had no way of communicating with E=F, and Krugerpark tel switchboard didnt know what I should do either. Eventually I found the correct gate but there was also confusion with papers, keys and eventually finding the cabin. We enjoyed the stay but I was very anxious and uncomfortable about finding the place. Perhaps better signage would be more encouraging, which gate is which, and a sign at the actual turnoff, not just before the turnoff. Many thanks, Lindsay Swingler
Hi - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was good - but slightly more expensive than previous places with about the same facilities. The tv room was not ideal as the table tennis is in the same room - so the noise made it impossible to watch tv - I suggest you split them more - other than that - was great!!

We were very impressed with the cabin at ebb and flow. We thought it was beautifully situated and we had eveything we needed. very good value for money.
Beautiful and facilities well maintained. Poor administration should get serious attention.
We have been going there for years. As always is very beautiful. As always the campsite is clean and well run.The downside is the above inflationary increases in price. We used to be able to go there and pay an average price for camping which would include the use of boats. Now the price of camping is about double of the average. To hire a canoe is now R250 for the day, and one even has to pay for the use of a braai.Although we had a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be looking at alternatives next time. Note although it was school holidays, the campsite was nowhere near full - I'm sure the price issue is the same for a lot of people.

We stayed at the southern Ebb and Flow rest camp, in Forest cabins, in the Wilderness. The fact that it is a very neat and beautiful park was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. On the day where the weather was less than perfect we could easily drive up the N2 to Knysna and Plettenberg bay. Distance was not a probblem.
We have stayed at Ebb & Flow on and off for more than 30 years. This visit was charcterised by friendly and efficient staff. Our facilities were clean and well equipped and definitely value for money. Thank you, we will be back.
Well maintained camp with friendly staff. Only problem was a very noisy fridge(in rondawel) in otherwise peaceful surroundings.
We had a very pleasant stay and I was very impressed by the efficiency and pleasantness we received. A step up to one of the chalets were stayed at was rotten and it broke - we told the folk and it was fixed immediately. The cleaners were very efficient, and helpful. The standard was very good, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
