Swakopmund a picturesque town with an eclectic mix of European and African culture. You will spend the next two days at the Hansa Hotel, which forms part of city’s architectural heritage. The Hansa Hotel is nestled in the center of the charming little town of Swakopmund, wrapped in the shape of a timelessly classical building dating from 1905. The accommodation is luxurious, elegantly decorated and complimented with a friendly and personalized service.
Your adventure continues as you spend the next two days at Damaraland Camp is situated in the Torra Conservancy – an inspirational community partnership – with sensational views of the surrounding desert plains, ancient valleys and distant peaks of the Brandberg Mountains. New technology blends with ancient construction methods to create innovative, eco-friendly luxury in the desert, with the camp’s ten elevated adobe-styled, thatched units (including a family unit). Andersson’s Camp is located five kilometers from Etosha’s Andersson Gate. The resurrected former farmstead is a charming eco-chic camp fronting onto an active waterhole. The eighteen Meru-style safari tents are raised on decks nestled in mopane scrub on white calcrete soils. The camp provides an authentic, safe and down-to-earth experience for small groups, families and independent travelers to the Etosha region. Over the next two days, you will enjoy spectacular bird watching, game drives in the Etosha National Park, Nature walks, and experience a photographic hide.

Desert-adapted wildlife such as ostrich, springbok and gemsbok can be seen on the reserve, as well as smaller creatures like bateared fox, black-backed jackal and Cape fox.
Dolphins, seals, birdlife and perhaps even turtles and whales, depending on the season.
Damaraland boasts a breathtaking assortment of desert-adapted species including one of the highest concentrations of desert elephant and black rhino. Other wildlife includes Hartmann's mountain zebra, kudu, giraffe, gemsbok, and springbok, with occasional cheetah sightings.
Ongava Game Reserve
A wide complement of wildlife including black-faced impala. Their predators, in particular lion, are never far away.
Ongava is home to one of the largest black and white rhino populations in Namibia thanks to a successful reintroduction
Bird life is prolific with 340 species recorded.

This morning your journey begins as you transfer by road from Windhoek Airport to the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve in Sossusvlei. Spend time on the iconic red dunes as well as scenic drives taking in the unique wildlife that survives in one of the world’s oldest and most arid deserts. This afternoon is a perfect opportunity to sit outside on the lodges wraparound veranda and capture some spectacular photography of the desert vistas.

After breakfast this morning, you will transfer by road to your hotel in Swakopmund. You will enjoy some spectacular scenery en-route to Swakopmund and depending on the weather, you may get to explore the wonder of the ocean with a “Dolphin and Seal” catamaran cruise from Walvis Bay.
Accommodation: Damaraland Adventurer Camp
Today you travel up past Brandberg Mountain, the second-largest monolith on earth, to your camp in Damaraland. You will spend the next three days venturing out on game drives and nature walks, witnessing the stark desert beauty, its fascinating desert-adapted wildlife, and incredible geological formations.
Accommodation: Andersson's Camp
This morning after breakfast, your journey continues as you travel towards your camp in the private Ongava Game Reserve, the pinnacle of game viewing. You will enjoy morning and/or afternoon game drives in Etosha National Park, as well as nature walks on the Ongava Reserve. The sunken hide at the waterhole in front of camp is an excellent place from which to watch wildlife coming down to drink.

Driving south this morning, you return to Windhoek around lunch time and sadly your Namibian adventure comes to an end. Depending on your flight arrangements, you may require an overnight in Windhoek. Please consult with one of our travel experts for assistance with overnight hotel options.
