The Details
Location
Future Found Sanctuary sits at 10 Hunters Way in the Hout Bay valley, tucked within the Table Mountain National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The setting offers rare proximity to both the raw beauty of the nature reserve and the elegance of Cape Town's wine country, with the boutique vineyards of Constantia, Chapman's Peak Drive, Kirstenbosch and Boulders Beach all within easy reach.
The property is a 30-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport. The sanctuary is framed by Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the Constantia mountain range, and draws its water from a natural spring on Table Mountain itself.
Rooms
Thirteen suites accommodate up to 26 guests in total, set across Maison Noir, Villa Verte, the Mountain View Villa and the Forest Pods. All suites include air conditioning, heating, private outdoor spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi and international charging adaptors. Some suites feature fireplaces, and extra beds can be accommodated in select rooms subject to configuration.
Each villa has a sparkling pool that can be heated for the cooler months, and guests are cared for by a dedicated butler and housekeeping team. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are included.
Dining
Chefs prepare farm-to-table creations using fresh produce harvested from the five gardens that spread across the 5.4-acre property, alongside honey from the on-site hives. Lunch is served around 1:30pm and dinner between 7pm and 9pm.
Many guests enjoy the shared dining experience at Maison Noir, while private dining can be arranged on request. Beverages are included in the rate, and dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated with prior notice.
Activities
Wellness is led by the Sensorium Spa, a three to four-room space featuring multi-sensory treatments, steam rooms and a natural plunge pool maintained between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius. Yoga, Tai Chi, guided meditation and sound healing sessions are available on request, guided by the sanctuary's philosophy of five senses, five elements and five rhythms.
Guided hikes for all levels begin directly from the property, with optional guided ascents of Table Mountain. A state-of-the-art Technogym, a private cinema with popcorn, chocolates and wine, and a curio shop selling locally made items round out the on-site experience. Beyond the gates, guests can explore the Constantia Winelands, the Cape Peninsula, Chapman's Peak Drive, Seal Island boat trips from Hout Bay Harbour, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the beaches of Boulders, Oudekraal, Camps Bay and Clifton.

A closer look.
"Jolene was simply extraordinary. She put together what became an absolutely incredible African trip for us in the space of barely three weeks, and from the outset her responsiveness, knowledge and genuine enthusiasm were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, responses were almost immediate, and she very quickly understood exactly what we were looking for, our expectations and the way we like to travel. More than simply being an expert at what she does, Jolene genuinely cared about making the trip special for us, and that came through in every aspect of her planning. What particularly impressed us was the flexibility with which she brought everything together. We already had some of our own arrangements in place, including international flights and staying with friends in Cape Town, but Jolene seamlessly incorporated those into the overall itinerary and still organised all the surrounding logistics and transfers. The safari component she designed was outstanding, taking us through Kruger, Victoria Falls, Chobe and the Okavango Delta, before finishing in Cape Town and the Stellenbosch wine region. Every part flowed beautifully and the lodges, experiences and logistics were exceptional. Just as importantly, Jolene stayed in contact throughout the trip at all the key moments, which made travelling so much easier. She would check us in for our internal flights and send through the boarding passes, confirm transfers the day before each pick-up, and make sure everything was in place before we ever had to think about it. That attention to detail, and the fact that she was always one step ahead, removed so much of the usual travel stress and allowed us simply to enjoy the trip. It was genuinely the trip of a lifetime, put together in an extraordinarily short timeframe, and Jolene deserves enormous credit for making it all happen. We could not recommend her highly enough."
