How we built this list
Travelling with young children takes more than a lodge that simply accepts them, and our specialists know which camps genuinely deliver. Some parents want the kids happily occupied with a kids' club and babysitting on hand, and a little time to themselves. Others want their children right beside them for every drive and walk. The lodges here do both: a kids' club that actually runs, babysitting that can be arranged, interleading rooms so children are in the next room rather than the next building, and a private-vehicle option that lets younger children join a drive below the usual age threshold.
