Natural Wellness Center
The standalone Natural Wellness Center (NWC) specializes in holistic healing, offering a wide range of wellness therapies including Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, energy and sound healing, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupressure, infrared Iyashi Dome therapy, fitness, and nutrition. All treatments are designed to harmonize the mind, body, and soul for an overall sense of well-being.
Dining at Kisawa
All dining experiences at Kisawa focus on showcasing the best of African and Mozambican flavors in a contemporary style. The resort works with a network of local farmers and fishermen, sourcing natural ingredients within a 300-kilometer radius. Many ingredients are grown or made on-site, including jams, pickles, charcuterie, and cheese, all emphasizing local tastes.
Kisawa offers a diverse gastronomic journey, ranging from refined global cuisine at the all-day Main Terrace to Mediterranean-inspired seafood at the relaxed Cove Mussassa.

Getting There
Benguerra Island is located 14 kilometers off the coast of Mozambique, Eastern Africa.
By Air: The closest airport is Vilankulo (VNX), with direct flights from Johannesburg (JNB) and Maputo (MPT). Private travel arrangements can also be made through VistaJet and XO.
By Helicopter: Shared helicopter charters from Vilankulo Airport to the sanctuary are available, with a flight time of approximately 5–10 minutes.

Long stay
Stays of seven nights or more include a complimentary return group helicopter transfer between Vilankulo airport (VNX) and the Kisawa helipad, with timing and allocation subject to the service provider. Shorter stays may arrange the return helicopter transfer at an additional per-person charge.
Family
Children aged 0 to 12 stay free of charge in the residence with their parents on both the all-inclusive and bed and breakfast plans; children aged 13 to 17 are charged a reduced nightly rate, and the half board supplement applies to all occupants aged 13 and above. Maximum children permitted varies by residence, from one in the One-Bedroom residences to three in the Three-Bedroom. Children aged 14 and under receive a 30-minute adaptation of the welcome treatment at the Natural Wellness Centre, which is not transferable.
