The Details

Location

La Splendida sits at 121 Beach Road in Mouille Point, on the stretch of Cape Town coastline known as the Platinum Mile. The Sea Point promenade runs past the front door, lined with sidewalk cafes and joggers, and the V&A Waterfront is around a quarter of an hour's walk along the seafront. Cape Town International Airport is roughly 25 to 30 minutes by car.

Cape Town Stadium and Green Point Park are within easy walking distance, and the team can arrange airport transfers, taxis and guided tours through trusted local partners.

Accommodation

The hotel is a small seaside property with rooms looking out across the Atlantic. Superior Rooms can take a sleeper couch for one child between 2 and 11 years, and cots are available for infants. All rooms are non-smoking, with daily housekeeping, complimentary Wi-Fi and Ben Sherman eco-friendly amenities.

Dining

Sotano, a Mediterranean-style restaurant on the ground floor, is popular with locals for tapas, coffee and a lively sundowner scene. Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 11am, and the kitchen stays open until 10pm. Room service is not offered.

Activities
