Kanonkop House is also ideally situated to take advantage of all Garden Route tourist attractions. The hosts are always on hand to make recommendations and arrange bookings for guests.
The property has only seven rooms and is not open to the public, ensuring true privacy for guests. For families and small groups, the Kanonkop team hosts guests at a selection of exclusive-use villas situated throughout Knysna. These villas range from locations on the beach or waterways of the lagoon to settings at beautiful local golf courses. Packages at the villas can be tailored to suit guests' preferences, whether they wish for self-catering or full hosting services.

Excellent and pro-active service
Contacted safari.com and they (Denise) quickly responded to discuss plans. Took away requirements and within a short time came back with a proposed and costed itinerary. Based on this I made a few changes that were quickly incorporated and a final proposal that met all of my initial and revised requirements was produced and agreed - all flights and reservations were made and confirmed within 24 hours of the confirmation and deposit. They also provided insurance cover as part of the package. Considering the complexity of the trip (multiple countries, locations, flights etc) this was an easy process and as a seasoned traveller I was very impressed and happy with the service
