This 9-day adventure combines the best of Kenya’s legendary wildlife and landscapes with Rwanda’s lush forests and gorilla trekking experiences. From the iconic plains of the Maasai Mara to the waters of Lake Naivasha, the elephant-studded vistas of Amboseli, and the misty mountains of Volcanoes National Park, this journey is designed for wildlife lovers, nature enthusiasts, and cultural explorers.
Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi early and drive along the scenic Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara. Enjoy lunch at your lodge before an afternoon game drive in one of Africa’s top wildlife reserves. Spot the Big Five and more.

Day 2: Full Day in the Mara
Morning and afternoon game drives across the vast savannah, home to over 450 animal species. Optional visit to a Maasai village or add a sunrise hot air balloon safari.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha
Head to Lake Naivasha, known for birdlife and hippos. Take a boat ride and enjoy a guided walking safari on Crescent Island among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli
Travel to Amboseli National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive upon arrival.

Day 5: Explore Amboseli
Morning and afternoon game drives in this scenic park. Keep your camera ready for close-up elephant sightings and iconic views of Africa’s highest peak.

Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi, Fly to Uganda
After a morning game drive, return to Nairobi for lunch. Later, fly to Entebbe, Uganda, where you'll be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 7: Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Fly to Kisoro or Kihihi Airstrip and transfer to your lodge near Bwindi. Optional community walk in the evening.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
The highlight of your journey: trek through the jungle to observe endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. Spend an unforgettable hour with them.

Transfer back to the airstrip for your flight to Entebbe, where you’ll connect with your onward flight home.
