Day 01
Begin your journey in style with a breathtaking flight over Hwange National Park, offering sweeping aerial views of Zimbabwe’s largest and most iconic wilderness. Upon landing at Shumba Airstrip, a seamless game drive transfer brings you to Nehimba Lodge, an elegant retreat nestled deep within the private concession. Here, the adventure truly begins as you settle into your luxurious thatched chalet, your bush home for the next four nights.
Days 02–04
Indulge in three days of safari experiences, blending thrilling wildlife encounters with the comfort of Nehimba Lodge. Set out on expertly guided morning and afternoon game drives across private concessions and Hwange’s pristine landscapes, where large herds of elephant and a rich array of wildlife await. Enjoy leisurely walks to the ancient Nehimba Seep, or unwind during the heat of the day at the lodge’s pool or from the privacy of your own thatched chalet overlooking the waterhole. As dusk falls, night drives reveal Hwange’s more elusive nocturnal creatures, while evenings are reserved for fine dining under the stars.
Day 05
Savor a final relaxed breakfast with sweeping views of the bush and the gentle presence of wildlife nearby. After one last opportunity for a morning safari, you’ll transfer to Shumba Airstrip for your return flight to Victoria Falls Airport.
