Start your day with an early breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe before setting off for Kibale Forest National Park. The drive will take you through the scenic landscapes of the Western Rift Valley’s Albertine Escarpment, passing the lush green countryside and traditional villages in the Bunyoro and Toro Kingdoms. On clear days, you may catch a glimpse of the majestic, snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the "Mountains of the Moon." Kibale Forest National Park is home to 13 species of primates, including chimpanzees, and over 325 bird species, including the rare Green Breasted Pitta.
After your arrival in the afternoon, you will visit the Kasenda craters and take a hike to the 'Top of the World' viewpoint for a panoramic view of the region’s crater lakes. Later, you’ll visit the stunning Lake Nyambuga, featured on Uganda’s 20,000-shilling note. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay. Full Board.
