Your adventure begins with a scheduled flight from Johannesburg’s O.R. Tambo International Airport to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport.

Upon arrival, a friendly guide will meet you for a transfer to Idube Safari Lodge, set within the renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The drive to the lodge is a scenic one, taking about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

After checking in, you will have time to relax and settle into your luxurious chalet. In the late afternoon, you’ll embark on your first game drive through the rich landscapes of Sabi Sand, famous for its Big 5 sightings. After the drive, return to the lodge for a delicious dinner under the African sky, where you’ll spend your first night surrounded by nature.

Start your third day with another early morning game drive, delving deeper into Sabi Sand's diverse habitats. After the drive, return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast. The remainder of the morning is yours to spend as you wish—perhaps with a spa treatment, a nature walk, or simply unwinding in your luxurious chalet.

In the afternoon, you can enjoy the lodge's facilities, such as the pool or fitness center. As the day draws to a close, embark on one last evening game drive in Sabi Sand, offering another chance to encounter the area's remarkable wildlife. Conclude your day with a special dinner back at the lodge, reflecting on the incredible experiences of your stay.

Your fifth day begins with an early morning wake-up to embark on an exciting game drive through Kruger National Park. This time of day is ideal for wildlife sightings, as the animals are most active in the early hours. After the drive, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast.

The rest of the morning is yours to enjoy at your leisure—whether relaxing by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or simply soaking in the stunning surroundings. In the afternoon, you can explore more of the lodge's amenities or participate in an optional guided bush walk. As evening approaches, embark on another game drive, with the possibility of spotting more of the park's iconic wildlife. Return to Lukimbi Safari Lodge for dinner, capping off the day with a serene evening under the stars.

Start your last day with one final game drive at dawn, followed by a hearty breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, pack up and prepare for your transfer back to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. You will be driven to the airport for your scheduled flight back to Johannesburg, concluding your unforgettable 7-day safari adventure.
