A representative will meet you to transfer you to the luxurious 5-star Lukimbi Safari Lodge. At the lodge, the friendly staff will assist you with check-in and escort guests to the classic suite.
Each suite is equipped with high windows for exceptional game viewing and features a well-appointed bathroom with a spacious bath, both an indoor and outdoor shower overlooking the trees and river, as well as a private deck extending from the lounge. Furnished with air-conditioning, a fan, mosquito nets, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a mini-bar.
Start your day with an early morning coffee or tea, followed by an exhilarating safari game drive in an open vehicle, led by qualified and trained guides and trackers who provide a knowledgeable experience.
Upon returning to the lodge, a sumptuous breakfast awaits. Guests can then choose to partake in a bush walk, lounge by the pool, or relax on their private viewing deck. Lunch is served before the afternoon game drive. In the evening, enjoy delicious African cuisine prepared by skilled local chefs.
On your departure day from the luxurious Lukimbi Safari Lodge, a representative will escort you to your transfer vehicle for your next adventure to where the smoke thunders. Board your flight from Kruger to the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, where another representative will greet you and take you to the stunning Palm River Hotel.
Over the next three days, this hotel will serve as your sanctuary. Guests will enjoy a complimentary 3-course dinner at the Palm River Hotel on one evening, and on another, a delightful 3-course meal at the renowned Cassia Restaurant at Ilala Lodge Hotel. Spend your days lounging by the pool or engaging in the various activities offered by the hotel.
This parting may be difficult, but rest assured that your return will come soon. Meet your representative at the reception to begin your journey back to Johannesburg, where you will continue with your travels.

You really only find out about good service when something goes wrong!
After an initial glitch in not receiving an email following an enquiry (might have been my end!!), once I was connected with Shann it was very good service. She offered many options and was very attentive and polite. We had a few issues arranging payment with my credit card caused by my bank but Shann patiently offered help and options until it all went through. Very happy with the service.
