The Details
Location
Wild Hill sits high on a ridge in the Maasai Mara ecosystem, with sweeping views across the surrounding plains. Guests have limitless access to three conservancies, giving genuinely private safari country away from the busier areas of the reserve.
Living grass roofs fold into the contours of the hillside, and the architecture is shaped by the landscape rather than imposed on it.
Accommodation
The villa has five rooms, each with panoramic views across the Mara, and is taken on a sole-use basis for up to six guests. Interiors are refined and understated, with fully equipped kitchens cooking with locally sourced, often home-grown ingredients.
A full team supports the stay, including a dedicated host, chef, housekeepers, wellness specialist and private guide, so meal times and activities can be tailored to each group.
Game Viewing and Activities
Game viewing is on exclusive safari drives with a private guide and vehicle. Beyond drives, guests can ride horses across the plains, explore by e-bike, visit a rhino sanctuary, and tour the Mara Training Centre, which sits at the heart of the collection's conservation and community work.
Wellness
The Wild Wellness spa offers complimentary treatments alongside a sauna, cold plunge, yoga and a fully equipped fitness centre. The setting, on a quiet hilltop with uninterrupted Mara views, lends itself to a slower, more restorative kind of safari.
Dining
Meals are prepared by a private chef using fresh, locally sourced and home-grown produce, and can be served wherever suits, from the villa to a bush breakfast or sundowner picnic out in the conservancies.
