Bumi Hills boasts ten opulent Suites that feature a four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and shower; air conditioning, mosquito netting, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, a lounge area, overhead fan, in-room safe, and a private deck overlooking the lake.
The 2-bedroomed Baobab Villa is a private retreat comprising a lounge, bar, and indoor and outdoor dining decks. It comes with a private butler, guide, and safari vehicle. The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Stay & Pay
Stay six nights and pay for five, or stay twelve nights and pay for ten, with a maximum of two complimentary nights. The offer applies to travel until 19 December 2026, is valid for new bookings only and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Single supplements remain payable, the community and conservation levy is excluded, and the offer cannot be combined with any other African Bush Camps offer.
Long stay
Two multi-lodge itineraries include three nights at Bumi Hills and are offered at a reduced rate against the equivalent night-by-night cost: a nine-day Zimbabwe journey combining Victoria Falls, Lake Kariba and Mana Pools, saving 26.4 per cent in mid season and 29.2 per cent in high season, and a ten-day Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe journey saving 28.1 per cent in mid season and 29.9 per cent in high season. Both are available for travel in mid season, being 1 April to 31 May and 1 November to 30 November 2026, and high season, being 1 June to 31 October 2026, and are not offered in the Emerald months. Rates are per adult sharing for the full package, single supplements are additional, and all meals and beverages are included other than at Palm River Hotel, where accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea, a shuttle to Victoria Falls and an initial minibar stock apply.
Family
Children aged six and under stay free of charge, and children from seven to fifteen years are charged at 50 per cent of the adult rate. Children under sixteen must share accommodation with an adult and be accompanied when leaving camp, children under six require a private vehicle for game drives, and walking safaris are open only to guests aged sixteen and over. The Ngwana Club offers safari-related activities for children of all ages; babysitting is not available.

Bumi Hills accepts all ages year-round. Children under 6 are not permitted on shared game drives and must book a private vehicle (USD 500 per night, subject to availability). For safety, children under 12 are not permitted on Lady Jacqueline cruise experiences (Lunch Cruise and Overnight Cruise/Sleepout on Lake Kariba). Children under 16 must share accommodation with at least one adult and must accompany adults when leaving camp. A 2-bedroom exclusive-use Baobab Villa is available with private vehicle and guide included (priced for four guests sharing, max five).

Lady Jacqueline Overnight Cruise and Sleepout
The Lady Jacqueline houseboat on Lake Kariba offers an Overnight Cruise and Sleepout experience, included for international guests staying at Bumi Hills Safari Lodge for a minimum of 3 nights. The vessel accommodates up to eight guests and requires a minimum of two adults to book; exclusive use requires a minimum of four adults. Children under 12 are not permitted onboard for safety reasons.
