Long stay
Guests returning to Kapama Private Game Reserve receive a 10 per cent repeat guest discount at Kapama River Lodge. A reference to your previous booking must be provided at the time of reservation in order for the discount to be applied.
Family
Children under 12 sharing a suite with two adults are charged at 50 per cent of the adult sharing rate, and reduced child rates also apply in other room configurations, with the applicable rates depending on your travel year and suite type. Children aged six and older may join game drives at the ranger's discretion, children under six are not permitted on game drive although a children's safari can often be arranged, and guided bush walks are limited to guests aged 16 and older. The conservation levy is payable per person per night for all guests, including children.

Children aged 6+ may join game drives at the sole discretion of the ranger; children under 6 are not permitted on game drives, although a "kiddie's safari" can sometimes be arranged. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on game drives. Bush walks are restricted to young adults aged 16+ at the discretion of the Lodge Manager and trail guides. Family bookings are best accommodated in the interleading Tamboti Superior Suites (two suites with private bathrooms), with the Leadwood Suites as an alternative.
