The Detail
Overlooking the reserve, Leopard Hills boasts eight newly-renovated glass-fronted suites, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, mosquito netting, heated towel rail, air conditioning, fan, underfloor heating, lounge area, bathrobes, hairdryer, umbrella, in-room safe, telephone, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary sherry, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, and an expansive deck with a plunge pool.
The lodge's facilities include a comfortable lounge, elegant dining room, well-stocked wine cellar, bar, fully-equipped gym, traditional boma, curio shop, rejuvenating spa, library, and an open-air deck with a swimming pool overlooking a bustling waterhole.
The renowned Leopard Hills area is famous for its prolific leopard population but is also home to the Big Five and other species such as cheetah, wild dog, various antelope, hippo, and wildebeest. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park, allowing animals to roam freely between the two reserves. With over 500 species of birdlife, the Sabi Sands is the ideal destination for a birdwatching safari.
Lodge activities include twice-daily open-vehicle game drives and daily bush walks led by professional guides. Nearby attractions include scenic helicopter flights, cultural village tours, elephant interactions, and golf at Leopard Creek.

Last minute
Late-availability rates are offered for travel from now until 20 December 2026, bookable only from within 21 days of arrival, with bookings made less than one week before arrival subject to confirmation by the lodge. A minimum stay of two nights applies over a weekend, and a single supplement of 50 per cent applies from the first suite booked. Children pay the adult rate and no children under ten years of age are accommodated; conservation levies, park entry, landing fees and transfers are additional.
Long stay
Leopard Hills features in a series of multi-lodge itineraries that each include free nights: the six-night Luxury Bush Duo, three nights at each of two lodges, gives one night free, staying six and paying five; both eight-night Luxury Bush Trilogy itineraries through Madikwe, the Sabi Sand and the Timbavati give two nights free, staying eight and paying six; and the nine-night Kruger to Cape Luxury Escape, combining the Timbavati, the Sabi Sand and Cape Town, gives two nights free, staying nine and paying seven. The Duo and Trilogy itineraries are valid until 31 May 2026 and again from 1 November to 20 December 2026, and the Kruger to Cape Escape is valid until 19 December 2026. Package rates are quoted per person sharing, are subject to availability, cannot be combined with other offers at the lodges, carry a surcharge for solo travellers or amended routings, and exclude conservation levies and park entry fees.
Bush & beach
The nine-night Kruger to Cape Luxury Escape pairs three nights at Kings Camp in the Timbavati and two nights at Leopard Hills in the Sabi Sand with four nights in a Luxury Room at Camissa House in Cape Town, and includes two free nights, staying nine and paying seven. En route to Leopard Hills guests enjoy a two-hour elephant experience with a picnic and sparkling wine, and the itinerary may be travelled in either direction. Valid for travel until 19 December 2026, quoted per person sharing, subject to availability and not combinable with other lodge offers; the Skukuza to Cape Town flight, conservation levies and park entry fees are excluded, and a surcharge applies to solo travellers or amended routings.

A private vehicle can be booked on request for guests wanting their own pace on safari. Guided walks remain restricted to guests 16 and over for safety reasons, with no exclusive-use carve-out.
