The Detail
Overlooking the reserve, Leopard Hills boasts eight newly-renovated glass-fronted suites, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, mosquito netting, heated towel rail, air conditioning, fan, underfloor heating, lounge area, bathrobes, hairdryer, umbrella, in-room safe, telephone, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary sherry, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, and an expansive deck with a plunge pool.
The lodge's facilities include a comfortable lounge, elegant dining room, well-stocked wine cellar, bar, fully-equipped gym, traditional boma, curio shop, rejuvenating spa, library, and an open-air deck with a swimming pool overlooking a bustling waterhole.
The renowned Leopard Hills area is famous for its prolific leopard population but is also home to the Big Five and other species such as cheetah, wild dog, various antelope, hippo, and wildebeest. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park, allowing animals to roam freely between the two reserves. With over 500 species of birdlife, the Sabi Sands is the ideal destination for a birdwatching safari.
Lodge activities include twice-daily open-vehicle game drives and daily bush walks led by professional guides. Nearby attractions include scenic helicopter flights, cultural village tours, elephant interactions, and golf at Leopard Creek.

Stay & Pay
Free nights are available through our multi-lodge journeys. The six-night Luxury Bush Duo, comprising three nights at each of two lodges, gives one night free, so you stay six nights and pay for five, valid until 20 December 2026 (excluding 1 June to 31 October). The eight-night Luxury Bush Trilogy offers two free nights (stay eight, pay six) over the same dates, while the nine-night Kruger to Cape Luxury Escape gives two free nights (stay nine, pay seven) until 19 December 2026. These package rates cannot be combined with other special offers at the lodges, and an additional surcharge applies should the routing be amended.
Last minute
Reduced late-booking rates are available for reservations made within 21 days of arrival, valid until 20 December 2026. A minimum of two nights applies over a weekend, a 50 per cent single supplement applies from the first suite booked, and children pay the adult rate, with no children under ten years of age. Bookings made less than one week before arrival are subject to lodge confirmation, and laundry is not included on this rate.
Long stay
Leopard Hills features in a series of multi-lodge itineraries pairing the Sabi Sand with Madikwe, the Timbavati and Cape Town, each including internal flights and road transfers along the routing. The six and eight-night bush itineraries are valid until 20 December 2026 (excluding 1 June to 31 October) and the nine-night Kruger to Cape escape until 19 December 2026, all subject to availability. Rates are quoted per person sharing, a single supplement applies to transport if travelling alone, and these itineraries cannot be combined with other special offers at the lodges.

A private vehicle can be booked on request for guests wanting their own pace on safari. Guided walks remain restricted to guests 16 and over for safety reasons, with no exclusive-use carve-out.
