Avani Victoria Falls Resort is located in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, just a five-minute walk from and with direct access to Victoria Falls. Long stay
Guests staying three or more consecutive nights receive 20 per cent off the accommodation rate, while stays of six or more consecutive nights receive 25 per cent off, both valid on the meal plan booked and on all occupancies. Combining a stay here with any other Avani hotel in Southern Africa earns 12.5 per cent off, subject to a minimum of two nights at each of at least two hotels, with the travel to be completed within twelve months of booking. These offers apply to bookings of up to nine rooms, are subject to availability and cannot be combined with one another or with any other discount or supplement.
Family
Children aged five and under stay free of charge on their parents' meal plan when sharing with two adults, and children aged six to twelve stay free on a bed and breakfast basis, in both cases accommodated within a family room to a maximum of two children. Supplements apply for half board, full board and all-inclusive meal plans, and guests aged thirteen and above are charged as adults. The Avani Kids Club is complimentary for children of all ages.

Avani Victoria Falls is a resort hotel adjacent to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park rather than a traditional safari camp, so no lodge-level minimum age is published for staying. Game drives, walking safaris and similar bush activities are operated by external providers booked through the Activity Desk; the resort does not publish minimum-age rules or private-vehicle policies for those activities, and any age restrictions will be set by the third-party operator. The rate sheet states Avani Kids Club access is for "children of all ages," but the supplier's dedicated Kids Club page narrows this to ages 4–12 — guests with younger or older children should confirm at booking. Kids Club and babysitting are both available at extra cost via the Activity Desk.
