Bumi Hills boasts ten opulent Suites that feature a four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and shower; air conditioning, mosquito netting, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, a lounge area, overhead fan, in-room safe, and a private deck overlooking the lake.
The 2-bedroomed Baobab Villa is a private retreat comprising a lounge, bar, and indoor and outdoor dining decks. It comes with a private butler, guide, and safari vehicle. The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Pay for five nights and receive a sixth night free, or pay for ten nights and receive two further nights free, to a maximum of two complimentary nights. Valid for travel until 19 December 2026 on new and provisional bookings, subject to availability, with the single supplement still payable and conservation and community levies excluded. Long stay
Two multi-lodge itineraries include a three-night stay at Bumi Hills at a reduced rate compared with booking each lodge separately. "Luxury Zimbabwe" combines two nights at Palm River Hotel, three nights at Bumi Hills and three nights at Nyamatusi Camp over nine days, with a saving of around 26 per cent in Mid Season and 29 per cent in High Season, valid for travel until 30 November 2026; "Magic of Three Countries, Lake Kariba edition" combines three nights each at Linyanti Bush Camp, Thorntree River Lodge and Bumi Hills over ten days, saving around 28 per cent in Mid Season and 30 per cent in High Season, for travel until 31 December 2026. Both are priced per adult sharing, include scheduled inter-camp air transfers, laundry, the conservation and community levy and twice daily shared safari activities, exclude single supplements and international flights, and are not offered in Emerald Season; note that at Palm River Hotel only accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea, a shuttle to Victoria Falls and an initial minibar stock are included.

Children of all ages are welcome, with under sevens accommodated free of charge and children from seven to fifteen years charged at 50 per cent of the adult rate; the conservation and community levy is reduced for children aged seven to fifteen and waived entirely for those under seven. Guests under sixteen must share accommodation with an adult, children under six require a privately booked vehicle rather than joining shared game drives, and walking safaris are limited to guests of sixteen and older. The Ngwana Club offers safari-related activities for children of all ages, and an interleading suite is available for families.

Bumi Hills accepts all ages year-round. Children under 6 are not permitted on shared game drives and must book a private vehicle (USD 500 per night, subject to availability). For safety, children under 12 are not permitted on Lady Jacqueline cruise experiences (Lunch Cruise and Overnight Cruise/Sleepout on Lake Kariba). Children under 16 must share accommodation with at least one adult and must accompany adults when leaving camp. A 2-bedroom exclusive-use Baobab Villa is available with private vehicle and guide included (priced for four guests sharing, max five).

The Lady Jacqueline houseboat on Lake Kariba offers an Overnight Cruise and Sleepout experience, included for international guests staying at Bumi Hills Safari Lodge for a minimum of 3 nights. The vessel accommodates up to eight guests and requires a minimum of two adults to book; exclusive use requires a minimum of four adults.
