The Detail

The Busanga Plains are renowned for their abundant wildlife, including large prides of lions, wild dogs, and cheetahs, attracted by the area's plentiful plains game. Visitors can expect thrilling sightings of puku, red lechwe, buffalo, and wildebeest.

Additionally, the plains are home to a resident herd of the more elusive roan antelope, offering a rare treat for wildlife enthusiasts.

Accommodation

Wilderness Busanga Bush Camp offers an intimate retreat with only four tents and a central area that overlooks the expansive beauty of a vast floodplain. Each tent is spacious and comfortably furnished, featuring a private viewing deck that allows guests to immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of the pristine wilderness surrounding them.

Activities

Game drives offer guests encounters with lions, buffalo, cheetahs, elephants, and frequently sable and roan antelopes. The camp also features thrilling infrared-spotlight night drives and seasonal boating excursions. During a swamp boat safari, guests can marvel at the spectacular birdlife.

Evenings at the camp highlight relaxation around the fire, followed by dining on delicious cuisine paired with fine wines, all under a star-studded sky.

Price Includes

Accommodation, all meals, twice daily scheduled camp activities, park fees, transfers to/from the Plains airstrip, laundry, and all local drinks. Excludes premium imported brands and champagne.
