Honeymoon
Honeymoon couples staying a minimum of four nights on double occupancy receive a bottle of champagne on arrival, a honeymoon cake, romantic star gazing on the runway and a romantic turndown service, offered once per stay in all room categories. Valid for travel until 31 October 2026, excluding 29 March to 12 April 2026, and bookable until 27 October 2026. Couples must be married less than six months before arrival with the wedding date advised at booking and the certificate presented at check-in; the offer does not apply to bookings with children sharing and the star gazing is weather dependent.
Long stay
As part of the Four Seasons Safari and Island Collection, guests booking two or more destinations across the Serengeti safari lodge and the pool villa resorts in Mauritius and the Seychelles, and the Johannesburg hillside retreat, receive complimentary return airport transfers at each destination, a complimentary upgrade to the next room category and complimentary early check-in and late check-out, all subject to availability. A resort credit also applies at the Mauritius, Seychelles and Serengeti properties for stays of three nights or more; applicability to a Desroches Island stay is confirmed at the time of booking.
Family
Children aged 5 to 12 sharing with two full-paying adults stay and dine free of charge on the same meal plan as their parents, available in all room categories and subject to the number of children permitted in the villa or residence booked. Valid for travel until 31 October 2026, with the stay beginning and ending within the offer period, and bookable until 30 October 2026. The offer may be combined with the early booking discounts, is subject to availability, and does not apply to group bookings of more than five villas or residences.

Due to the resort's setting (villas built on stilts above ground or against the hillside), families with children under 6 are strongly encouraged to book Garden Villas for easier beach and pool access. Child-proofing of the villa plunge pool is available on request. No rollaway beds — a day-bed is converted for the extra child (suggested for guests up to 11 years; max one day-bed per bedroom). Children under 2 are accommodated in a baby cot; children 5+ on a day-bed (excluding Queen-bedded one-bedroom villas), with Third Person sharing policy applying. Kids For All Seasons (Pti Torti clubhouse) caters to ages 4–12, unaccompanied from age 4; younger children must be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult. Babysitting available on request at cost with 24 hours' notice. Honeymoon offer not applicable for bookings with children sharing.
