The lodge features eight spacious Meru-style safari tents, each designed to provide guests with ultimate comfort and privacy. Every tent is set apart to ensure seclusion and includes a private balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Each tented suite comes with a dedicated guide and boat, offering a personalized experience throughout your stay.  

Bar, Lounge & Dining

At the heart of the lodge is the open-air bar, lounge, and dining area, covered by a traditional thatched roof. Guests can relax at Kennedy’s Bar, sharing stories of the day’s adventures while enjoying the view of the Chobe River. The dining area and swimming pool overlook the river, offering a serene setting to cool off during the warmer hours and savor delicious meals.

Fishing 

Ichingo offers some of the best fishing experiences in Africa, with access to both the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers. Anglers can try their luck catching tiger fish, bream, African pike, tilapia, catfish, and Zambezi yellowfish. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, the lodge’s fishing trips cater to all skill levels.  

Bird Watching

Ichingo Lodge is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, boasting over 450 bird species. With your dedicated guide and tender boat, you’ll have the opportunity to spot rare and exotic birds, including African Skimmers, African Finfoots, and many more. Photographic Safaris
