Ilala Lodge Hotel is in a prime location, guests can walk just 8 minutes from the lodge to the magnificent Victoria Falls, making it the closest hotel to the falls on the Zimbabwean side. 1 Strathearn Suite: This exclusive suite is the pinnacle of luxury, offering the finest amenities and expansive space for ultimate comfort.
The hotel's acclaimed Cassia Restaurant is renowned for its exquisite cuisine and comprehensive wine list. Guests dining here enjoy the added ambience of Victoria Falls' distant rumble, enhancing the culinary experience with its natural soundtrack.
The hotel offers a range of amenities designed to enhance guest comfort and convenience, including a full-service beauty spa, state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, and two swimming pools—a spacious main pool and a more intimate plunge pool. Additional luxuries include a poolside bar, a comfortable lounge area, and ample sun loungers and private cabanas for relaxation.
Accommodation and breakfast are included, along with a minibar stocked initially with complimentary mineral water, two beers, and two cokes. Mineral water is replenished twice daily.

You really only find out about good service when something goes wrong!
After an initial glitch in not receiving an email following an enquiry (might have been my end!!), once I was connected with Shann it was very good service. She offered many options and was very attentive and polite. We had a few issues arranging payment with my credit card caused by my bank but Shann patiently offered help and options until it all went through. Very happy with the service.
