Children aged 12 and older are considered adults and must have their own room at regular rates. Children aged 6 to 11 can share with parents in the Elegant Suite, Pool Suite, or Junior Suite for R1,800 per night per child, with a maximum of two children per room, subject to availability.
Nine luxurious and elegantly designed suites provide exceptionally spacious accommodation and outstanding comfort, each opening onto private patios that lead to the garden and pool.
The Elegant Suites offer classic elegance and luxurious comfort in spacious rooms averaging 95m² (1000 square feet). Each suite, located upstairs and on the ground floor, includes a separate lounge area for relaxation. Room 5 features a private patio accessing the pool and garden, while Room 8 boasts views of the famous Constantia garden. Additional beds for children are available for an extra fee.
The four Superior Rooms, all on the ground floor, feature private patios leading to the swimming pool and gardens. Each room is approximately 45m² (484 square feet) and offers unique luxury and character. Spacious bathrooms include both a bath and a separate shower.
The two Pool Suites at Last Word Constantia offer semi-private dipping pools and patio areas. Although not interconnected, these suites share a common entrance, making them ideal for families traveling together. Each suite includes a bedroom area, a separate lounge with its own TV, and ample space of 75m² (800 square feet). Extra beds for children can be arranged for an additional cost.
The Family Suite consists of two adjoining rooms: a parents' room and a children's room, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower. The parents' room opens into a family lounge equipped with a TV and Nintendo Wii for children's entertainment. With over 100m² of space, the suite comfortably accommodates the whole family, and children stay free of charge at the standard suite rate.
The restaurant, bar, and lounge at the establishment offer complimentary soft beverages and house wines. Lunches and dinners can be arranged upon request. Conveniently located next door is the Peddlars on the Bend restaurant, and there are numerous internationally celebrated restaurants nearby.

Leigh-Ann from Safari.com was great to work with to plan our group safari trip. She was able to get me on the priority waitlist for a lodge that I liked, which ended up working out for our group during my preferred dates. Leigh-Ann was responsive and provided various tour recommendations for us to decide on the best option for us. There were a few email and name typos from Leigh-Ann that I had to correct, but other than that, I had a great experience.

Dolan was terrific
Dolan was terrific. He got back to us immediately to answer all of our questions. And was so nice to hold a room for a couple of days because of my moms passing. It gave us time to finalize her arrangements and time to book our trip. I would highly recommend using him to book your trip!!

Went through Newmarket travel and Hays…
Went through Newmarket travel and Hays travel ..information about flight changes hard to get..but on arrival the holiday was taken over Safari.com..amazing ..experience everything was fine tuned and the staff ..guides drivers fabulous and friendly ..lots of knowledge..lots of fun and the surprises they did was so lovely ...loved every minute ..Paris our guide was amazing..10/10 and Eric driver ..the waiters and waitress every and everyone in the hotels .smiling and friendly..Best holiday of my life
