Londolozi Founder's Camp is an elegant riverside camp that prides itself on offering luxury accommodation, exceptional service, and sumptuous cuisine.
Londolozi Founders Camp is nestled within the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, which is considered part of the Greater Kruger. This region teems with wildlife as it borders the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Animals pass freely between the two reserves, making for an unforgettable safari experience.
Founders Camp features 10 Superior Chalets, 2 Superior Inter-Leading Chalets, and 3 Superior Family Chalets.
Five Superior Chalets are set alongside the Sand River, ideal for couples or two guests sharing. These rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, air conditioning, a minibar, a fan, an in-room safe, bathrobes, tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, private decks, Salas, and a plunge pool.
There are two Superior Inter-Leading Chalets, linked by a skywalk, which are ideal for families with young children or teenagers. These chalets include the same amenities as the Superior Chalets.
Designed for families of four, the Superior Family Chalets are larger and feature two en-suite bedrooms. They are located along a riverbed, offering complete privacy for families.
The camp facilities include a lounge, dining area, bar, gym, internet access, kids club, laundry service, spa, curio shop, and a swimming pool.
Big Five sightings are abundant at Londolozi, with the reserve specializing in leopard sightings. In addition to the Big Five, you can see impala, common waterbuck, grey duiker, kudu, bushbuck, nyala, giraffe, and warthog. The ever-flowing Sand River is home to Cape clawless otters and hippo groups. On night safaris, you may also spot white-tailed mongooses, African civets, and large-spotted genets.
The area is a bird watcher’s paradise, with 303 bird species, including the white-crested helmetshrike, lilac-breasted roller, brown-headed parrot, emerald-spotted dove, scarlet-chested sunbird, woodland kingfisher, red-chested cuckoo, Wahlberg’s eagle, and crested francolin. Around the waterholes, you might encounter saddle-billed storks, grey herons, and pied kingfishers.
Camp activities include twice-daily open-vehicle game drives, guided bush walks, wildlife tracking, yoga, astronomy lectures, spa treatments, bird watching, and photographic safaris.
Londolozi Founders Camp is ideal for solo explorers, couples, and families seeking a luxurious safari getaway.

first time with an online agency
Sara Van Coillie from safari.com has always been kind and helpful. Always ready to change the proposal or suggest variations. It is the first time we organize a trip with an online agency and I would recommend it. So far, everything is very good.
