The communication has been awesome! Anja Mayer has been wonderful quick and efficient. I only rated a four because we had a airline cancellation and because of your policy to wait for a refund we missed out on a replacement non stop flight and had to take a connecting flight, wasting time and adding expense to us. our travel insurance wouldn't cover it.
