Malima Big 5 Safari Lodge is located in the Maseke Game Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park, positioned along the R40 road between Hoedspruit and Phalaborwa. Dorothy my travel agent
Dorothy is the agent assigned to me. She was very patient and polite . Each time I gave her feedback of what wasn't suitable or to my liking she came back with better. She really listened and made us good priced tailor made package. She was also very responsive weekends , late night and early morning. When ever I got around to responding to a message she sent she would always respond within minutes.

Outstanding and professional performance by Pascal John
Pascal John quickly proved his professionalism as well as his in-depth and experienced knowledge of South Africa safaris. He demonstrated the ability to rapidly understand what I was looking for out of a safari trip and how to make that happen. He added real value to the process with his connections to lodging reservations at various lodges and arranged for an itinerary that is not possible to accomplish by oneself on the internet alone. For example, he was able to negotiate away for me a single supplement. He added immediate value and quickly/painlessly everything came together.
