Monique Plaatjies as she worked to meet our high demands and accommodated our booking when we were firing hotels and lodges one night. Email correspondence and WhatsApps was ongoing as well. Monique has been with us through the booking experiences. I was speaking with 3 other agents and Monique was far the most outstanding of the 3 other agents. Monique went above and beyond for us.
