Serondella Game Lodge is located in the private Thornybush Game Reserve which forms part of the greater Kruger National Park. This gorgeous riverine lodge is a wildlife enthusiast's dream with its abundance of wildlife and various bird species. Easy booking - Good communication
Information, and help with booking was really easy. Had one contact- Pascal John, who was quick to reply and set things up for us at short notice.

Safari 2 Months Away, Wonderful and Fussfree Experience
We wanted to go a Safari in about 2 months and was looking around the lodging. Most of the places were booked. Pascal was very experience and responsive, he got us a lodging at our preferred game reserve and quickly booked for us. We were also impressed with the quick turnaround for itinerary and booking of flights. He made it so fuss-free and we didnt need to change much at all. When we were going through our SA plans, he also advised us how to get to Cape Town and recommended the best timing so that we could go into the game reserve once more before we departed. Thus far, the experience has been great and we are looking forward to see him in person!

Super responsive and helpful
From the very first time I had contacted Safari.com to plan our trip, Pascal John was super responsive regardless of the time of day and almost always able to provide useful information. When he wasn't able to give an immediate reply, he would check and come back very quickly.
