Children of all ages are welcome to stay at Shiduli Lodge (the under-12 restriction at sister camp Kuname Main Lodge and under-6 restriction at Becks Safari Lodge do not apply here). On game activities, children under 4 are not permitted on game drives. Children aged 4–5 years may participate at the discretion of lodge management after an on-site evaluation, or with a private vehicle (subject to availability and at extra cost) — however, the 2026 rate sheet notes that securing a private vehicle will not guarantee leniency on the under-6 policy and prior approval by Directors may be required. Children 6 and older may join scheduled drives. Bush walks remain strictly 16+. The Little Paws Programme (under 12s) and babysitting are available at additional cost.
