Positioned around an active pan in the private 432 000 acre Kwara Concession of the world-renowned Okavango Delta is Splash Camp - a tranquil retreat that affords guest both a land and water-based safari experience.
The Kwara Concession shares a 30-kilometer water boundary with the famous Moremi Game Reserve which is regarded as a prime game viewing destination in Botswana.
The camp boasts 12 elegant Splash Rooms that feature spacious bedrooms with double or twin beds draped with mosquito netting, en-suite bathrooms with a double vanity, indoor and outdoor showers; a writing desk, overhead fan, small lounge area, and a private verandah complete with comfortable chairs and spectacular views of the pan.
There is also a separate Splash Enclave Camp which is suitable for groups or families of 6 - 10 people with no age restrictions. The Enclave Rooms are in fact the Splash Rooms but with private facilities that include a dining area, lounge and bar area, and a plunge pool.
The camp facilities include an orientation center, plunge pool. bar, lounge, fire pit, and a curio shop.
Activities offered at Splash Camp include morning and evening game drives conducted in open safari vehicles and led by a professional guide and tracker, guided bush walks that afford up-close encounters with the diverse fauna, flora and smaller wondrous creatures of the bush; relaxing mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions, fishing excursions 10 months out of the year, boating excursions and bird watching.
The Kwara concession is home to an abundance of wildlife including fantastic animals like the leopard, cheetah, wild dog, lion, elephant, buffalo, and zebra. There are also over 300 species of birds recorded - a birders paradise.

Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
