The Detail
Set on a high plateau overlooking the Zambezi National Park, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge was designed as a vast open-plan treehouse with the lodge built on split levels. With its bright fabrics and rustic finishes, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has an undeniable appeal and unique character.
The main building features a tours and activities desk, souvenir shop, TV lounge, internet lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, private shower facilities for guests arriving early and checking out late, swimming pool, Makuwa-Kuwa restaurant, Buffalo Bar, and a Boma restaurant that offers a dinner and drum show. A new addition to the lodge is the fitness room, located on the pool deck, which boasts state-of-the-art equipment. The glass-fronted gym overlooks the lodge's waterhole, which is frequently visited by elephants, buffalo, and kudu, and occasionally lions.
Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has 72 rooms, each equipped with extra-length beds with mosquito nets, digital safes, air conditioning, ceiling fans, customized toiletries, including insect repellent and sunscreen, minibars, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The 24 Lodge Standard Rooms feature double or twin beds, soft earthy tones, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. Westward-facing balconies overlook the Zambezi National Park, offering unforgettable sunset views over the African bush.
The 42 Waterhole Facing Rooms provide the same amenities as the Lodge Standard Rooms, with the additional benefit of direct views over the lodge’s on-site waterhole, allowing guests the opportunity to observe wildlife from the privacy of their balconies.
The six duplex Lodge Waterhole Facing Suites include a downstairs lounge opening out onto a private balcony. An open staircase leads up to the bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury bath and separate shower.
Victoria Falls offers an array of activities for travelers, including sunset cruises, helicopter rides, white-water rafting, elephant-back rides, and cultural village visits. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge also provides a complimentary hourly shuttle bus service to the town center, craft markets, and the Victoria Falls Rainforest.

Stay & Pay
Stay three nights and pay for two on selected dates, available from 15 to 20 December 2026 and again from 6 January to 28 March 2027 and 15 November to 20 December 2027. The offer applies across the Victoria Falls Safari Collection properties, is available to individual travellers only and cannot be combined with any other special or negotiated rate.
Long stay
Multi-night Super Deal packages of two, three or four nights are available throughout 2026 and 2027, combining bed and breakfast accommodation with selected meals, including dinner at MaKuwa-Kuwa and The Boma Dinner and Drum Show with courtesy shuttle, and Vulture Culture lunches. Extended versions add return seat-in-coach transfers from Victoria Falls Airport (minimum two travellers, with a single supplement on transfers only), a guided tour of Victoria Falls and a sunset cruise, and all versions include a 5 per cent discount on in-house activities and 10 per cent on other beverages, with a spa treatment available as an add-on. Green Season stays from 1 January to 30 June carry no single supplement; the packages are for individual travellers only, cannot be combined with any other special or negotiated rate, and unused inclusions are not refundable.
Family
Infants under three years stay free of charge, and children of three to eleven years pay 50 per cent of the adult per person sharing rate for accommodation and the applicable meal plan when sharing with parents or in an inter-leading or adjacent room. Children of twelve and above pay the adult rate. Room occupancy limits apply: standard and waterhole facing rooms take a maximum of two adults or one adult and one child, with roller beds available in a limited number of rooms, while the Waterhole Facing Suite accommodates two adults only.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, Safari Suites and Lokuthula Lodges welcome children of all ages, with inter-leading rooms available at the Lodge (5 sets: 2 Standard, 3 Waterhole Facing) and multi-bedroom self-catering or suite options for families. Victoria Falls Safari Club does NOT accept children under 10 years and has no extra roller bed. Lodge Waterhole Facing Suites are limited to 2 adults only (no child occupancy, no roller bed). Lodge Standard and Waterhole Facing Rooms cap at 2 adults OR 1 adult + 1 child (3–11); only some rooms can take an extra roller bed. Baby-sitting facilities available on request (noted for Safari Suites and Lokuthula Lodges); rate not stated. No dedicated kids' programme.
