Sara was gave us incredible customer service!
I have to say that Sara Van Coillie was absolutely INCREDIBLE from her first reply to the last. She and a couple other companies worked with us for more than 3 weeks. The other two paled in comparison. Sara was amazing! When we had questions, she ALWAYS answered in less than 24 hours. Normally we would get a reply within 10 minutes. Even on the weekends! My wife and I had questions and asked for a phone call at exactly 11am on a Friday and at exactly 11am our phone rang. We have NEVER had BETTER customer service! Sincerely, Mark and Carol Biernbaum

Great customer service without the pressure.
Sara listened to our requests very well, made her own suggestions and provided very prompt and efficient customer service. We feel we are in good hands with Sara and Safari.com. We found communications with the insurance team not up to the same high standard, but things were sorted out in the end. We’re looking forward to our safari in a few months time.
