At the heart of LUX* Grand Baie is the lobby, where guests are checked in and can relax in the lounge before being whisked away to their rooms. Directly surrounding the lobby are Play & Studio 17, the Boutique, the Art Gallery, AI Kisu / AI Kisu Club, and access to the Bisou rooftop.

Studio 17

A teens' club designed to keep kids entertained and engaged, Studio 17 offers chill-out zones, PS5 gaming stations, teen movies, and complimentary water sports such as windsurfing, pedal boats, kayaking, mini sails, snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and Hobie Cat. (Ages: 12–17)
