Mara Bushtops features 12 spacious luxury tents. Each tent is a secluded retreat with private decks, elegant interiors, and panoramic views that make for a stay that combines privacy with indulgence.
Gourmet Dining
Guests enjoy à la carte meals crafted from locally grown produce, with options for vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary needs. The restaurant overlooks the natural salt lick, offering a front-row seat to a procession of wildlife. Add to this a hidden wine cellar stocked with fine international vintages, and every meal becomes a celebration.

- Game Drives: Early morning, afternoon, and night drives in open 4x4 Land Cruisers, led by professional rangers and expert Masai spotters.
- Walking Safaris: Wilderness on foot with a ranger
- Wildlife Viewing: From your deck or the restaurant, watch elephants, giraffes, zebra, and predators gather at the salt lick.
- Wildebeest Migration: From June to October, over 1.5 million wildebeest and 200,000 zebra cross between the Serengeti and the Mara.

Stay & Pay
Stay four nights and pay for three, with the fourth night free of charge. The offer is valid for stays from 1 October to 20 December 2026, and park, conservancy, concession and camping fees remain payable for the additional night. It cannot be combined with the circuit discount at the same camp.
Honeymoon
Honeymooners are welcomed with a bottle of bubbly on arrival and a complimentary private bush breakfast during their stay.
Long stay
Combine any two Bushtops properties for a minimum of five nights and receive a 10% circuit discount, or combine three properties for a minimum of seven nights and receive 15%. The circuit discount is available throughout the year, and may not be combined with the stay four, pay three offer at the same camp, although it still applies at the other camps in the itinerary.

Children under 16 may not stay in a tent on their own — they must share with an adult. Walking safaris are strictly 16+ with no workaround. The Family Suite package includes sole use of a private game-drive vehicle, which enables families with younger children to enjoy game drives on their own schedule. The Bushcraft Challenge kids' programme is designed for younger family members but is open to all ages.
