Mara Bushtops features 12 spacious luxury tents. Each tent is a secluded retreat with private decks, elegant interiors, and panoramic views that make for a stay that combines privacy with indulgence.
Gourmet Dining
Guests enjoy à la carte meals crafted from locally grown produce, with options for vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary needs. The restaurant overlooks the natural salt lick, offering a front-row seat to a procession of wildlife. Add to this a hidden wine cellar stocked with fine international vintages, and every meal becomes a celebration.

Stay & Pay
Stay four nights and the fourth night is free of charge on accommodation. The offer applies to stays at this camp only and is available from 1 October to 20 December 2026, and again from 6 January to 30 June and 1 October to 20 December 2027. Park and conservancy fees remain payable for the free night, and the offer cannot be combined with the circuit discount at the same property.
Honeymoon
Honeymooners receive a complimentary private bush breakfast and a bottle of bubbly on arrival. The bush breakfast is arranged in advance through our team.
Long stay
A circuit discount of 10% applies to a minimum five-night stay across two Bushtops camps, and 15% to a minimum seven-night stay across three Bushtops camps, available throughout the year. For stays from 21 December 2026 to 20 December 2027, a long-stay discount of 10% also applies to bookings of five nights or more at this camp. These discounts cannot be combined with the stay four, pay three offer at the same property.

Children under 16 may not stay in a tent on their own — they must share with an adult. Walking safaris are strictly 16+ with no workaround. The Family Suite package includes sole use of a private game-drive vehicle, which enables families with younger children to enjoy game drives on their own schedule. The Bushcraft Challenge kids' programme is designed for younger family members but is open to all ages.
