Family
Children under 12 are welcome, with a maximum of one child under 12 sharing with parents in a Standard Room, or up to two children with two adults in the inter-leading Family Room, subject to availability. For stays until 30 November 2026, children aged 0 to 5 sharing with two adults stay complimentary and children aged 6 to 12 sharing with two adults pay 50% of the adult sharing rate. Children under 6 are not permitted on game drives, though a family safari may be arranged at the discretion of management, and children between 6 and 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on drives.

Children aged 0–5 are not permitted on game drives. Children aged 6–11 may join game drives only at management discretion; where possible, a separate kiddies' safari may be arranged between normal safari times. Accommodation of children is subject to limited extra-bed availability. Family-of-four configurations rely on the interleading family room.
