Child Policy

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children 0 to 3 years: Accommodated in a cot on a complimentary basis when sharing with adults. A maximum of 2 cots per room.

Children 4 to 13 years: Accommodated at a 50% supplement of the adult sharing rate. Standard rates apply for adults.

Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own room) will be charged at the full adult rate.

Presidential Villa:

A luxury four-bedroom villa with a private pool and three large terraces. It includes three sea-facing rooms and one garden-view room, with a total area of approximately 600 square meters. This includes a balcony, two terraces, and a rooftop terrace with a private pool, a large lounge, and a kitchenette.

12 Beach Front Rooms:

Beachfront and beach-facing rooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies.

21 Sea View Rooms:

Long stay

Nungwi Dreams is the Zanzibar beach extension for the Simbavati Tanzania safari itineraries, combining your Serengeti safari with three to five nights on the north coast. The extension is priced per person sharing, based on a minimum of two adults sharing, and includes flights from the Serengeti airstrip to Zanzibar and on to Kilimanjaro, private road transfers to and from the hotel, all-inclusive accommodation, a Stone Town Tour and a Spice Tour. A minimum of three nights applies for travel from 20 December to 4 January; child and single-traveller rates are available on request.

Family

Children of all ages are welcome. Those aged 0 to 3 years stay complimentary in a cot when sharing with adults, to a maximum of two cots per room, while children of 4 to 13 years sharing with adults are charged at 50 per cent of the adult sharing rate. Children occupying their own room are charged at the full adult rate, and all child arrangements are confirmed on request.
