Day 01
Upon arrival at Johannesburg Airport you will be transferred to Capital Park to board the luxurious Rovos Rail for your journey to Victoria Falls. Settle into your Pullman Suite, where you will enjoy a comfortable and scenic 3-night journey through Southern Africa, taking in the breathtaking landscapes along the way.
Day 02
As you continue your journey aboard Rovos Rail, you’ll have the opportunity to relax and soak in the luxurious surroundings while watching the African landscape unfold outside your window. The train offers gourmet meals and impeccable service, making this experience as much about the journey as the destination. Take time to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of life aboard the train.
Day 03
On the third day, you will arrive at Victoria Falls Station and be transferred to Kasane Airport. From there, you'll travel to Ngoma Safari Lodge, your home for the next three nights. This exclusive lodge, located near Chobe National Park, offers a perfect setting for you to begin your safari adventure. After settling in, you can enjoy a leisurely evening and prepare for the exciting days ahead.
Day 04
Start your day with an early morning safari in Chobe National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. You will embark on game drives and have the chance to witness the rich ecosystem of this area. The lodge’s expert guides will take you through the park, allowing you to spot various animals and birds. After a thrilling morning, enjoy some downtime at the lodge, relaxing by the pool or in your private suite.
Day 05
Your Chobe adventure continues with both morning and afternoon safaris. In addition to game drives, you may also take a boat safari along the Chobe River, offering a different perspective on the wildlife. The river provides an opportunity to spot animals such as hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. In the evening, return to Ngoma Safari Lodge for a peaceful night, where you can reflect on the day's incredible experiences.
Day 06
Today is a day for relaxation and leisure. You have the option to enjoy the lodge’s luxurious amenities, including spa treatments or simply relax by the pool and take in the stunning views. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can join additional safari activities, such as a walking safari or a river cruise. This day offers the perfect balance between adventure and tranquility, ensuring that you are recharged for the final day of your journey.
Day 07
On your final day, you’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast before your road transfer from Ngoma Safari Lodge to Kasane Airport. From there, you can continue your journey or return home, carrying with you the unforgettable memories of this incredible 7-day adventure through Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park.
