Stay & Pay

For travel from 4 January 2027, stay four consecutive nights at Sand River and the fourth night is complimentary, a saving of 25 per cent, or stay five nights across one or more Elewana bush properties and the fifth night is complimentary, a saving of 20 per cent. Both apply to the accommodation element only and are not available for arrivals between 1 June and 31 October or between 20 December and 4 January. Neither offer may be combined with any other discount.

Long stay

Longer itineraries combining Sand River with other Elewana bush camps and lodges qualify for a circuit discount on Full Board and Game Package rates. For travel to 3 January 2027, stays of 6 nights or more receive 5 per cent, 9 nights or more 10 per cent and 12 nights or more 15 per cent between 1 July and 31 October 2026 and from 20 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, while stays from 1 November to 19 December 2026 receive 10 per cent for 6 nights, 15 per cent for 8 nights and 20 per cent for 10 nights. For travel from 4 January 2027 the discount is 10 per cent for 6 nights or more, 15 per cent for 9 nights or more and 20 per cent for 12 nights or more, year round. The nights must form a single itinerary and the discount cannot be combined with other offers.

Family

Children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing with one or two adults, with up to two children accommodated per tent; the accompanying adults pay the applicable single or sharing rate. Children aged 12 to 17.99 are charged at reduced rates, from 25 per cent of the adult sharing rate when sharing with two adults, 50 per cent when sharing with one adult, and 75 per cent in their own room. Families of five or more guests travelling with children aged 5 to 12 receive exclusive use of a game-drive vehicle at no supplement, subject to availability and advance booking.
