Day 1 - Arriving in Cape Town
As you arrive in Cape Town, our representative will escort you to the transfer vehicle to start your journey to Grootbos Forest Lodge in Grootbos Game Reserve. Enjoy a scenic road transfer to the lodge.
Check into your luxury suite at the lodge, followed by a welcome drink upon arrival. Settle in and explore the suite's amenities, including the minibar and fresh fruit.
In the afternoon, embark on a Botanical Fynbos Hike or a Milkwood Forest Walk on the reserve. On your return, you can enjoy a 5-course dinner at the lodge, experiencing fine dining with local flavours.
Day 2 & 3 - The Grootbos Game Reserve Experience
Start your exciting day with a full English breakfast before your 4x4 Flower Safari to explore the rich biodiversity of the reserve.
Enjoy a light lunch at the lodge, to continue with the next experience. You can choose to go horse riding through the reserve, which is suitable for both novice and experienced riders, or visit the ancient Klipgat Cave and take part in a beach excursion to Walker Bay Nature Reserve or opt for a beach picnic.
Enjoy a 5-course gourmet dinner.
Day 4 - End of Journey
Have a leisurely breakfast and perhaps engage in a final activity like bird-watching or a self-guided walk.
Complete check-out formalities and check out from Grootbos Forest Lodge. Our driver will escort you to the transfer vehicle to start your journey back to Cape Town International.
