7-Day All-Inclusive Masai Mara to Zanzibar Safari

Day 1: Flight to The Governors' Camp - Masai Mara

Embark on your charter flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival, a representative will meet you at the airstrip and transfer you to the lodge.

At Governors' Camp, the friendly and professional staff will assist with checking in and take you to your spacious, luxurious safari tent, entirely under canvas, equipped with a private verandah. Enjoy an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, basin, flush toilet, and hot and cold running water.

Guests can choose between a three-course plated lunch at the lodge or opt for a full or half-day game drive with a picnic or packed meal to enjoy during their safari game drive. These take place inside the Masai Mara National Park and in a fleet of Landcruiser safari vehicles.

On your return to the lodge, relax in the bar tent with a deck overlooking the Mara River or spoil yourself at the lovely spa tent before taking part in another safari activity.

Dinner alternates between buffet and plated service.

Day 2 - 3: The Masai Mara Experience

Wake up to a morning call with tea or coffee served right in your tent. Prepare for another invigorating morning game drive or choose a guided bush walk.

Return to camp for a hearty breakfast featuring a continental and full English buffet, complete with eggs cooked to your liking. Spend the next two days luxuriating on the scenic viewing deck or relaxing on the lawn.

Embark on game drives and bush walks led by expert trackers and guides. Indulge in another delightful African picnic or savor a three-course plated meal.

Day 4: Experience the Nungwi Dreams

On this day, guests will gather at the reception to bid farewell to the lodge staff before departing for their flight to Nungwi Dreams in Zanzibar. The three-hour flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport transitions guests from a bush safari to a beach escape.

Upon landing at Zanzibar Airport, a representative will greet guests and escort them to their accommodations at Nungwi Dreams, located on the northernmost tip of Nungwi — the highest-rated and most pristine beach on the island of Zanzibar.

Upon arrival, the friendly staff will facilitate check-in and guide guests to their luxury sea-view rooms, each featuring a balcony or terrace. Nungwi Dreams offers a barefoot luxury hotel experience, perfectly situated for guests to explore the diverse attractions of Zanzibar.

Day 5 - 6: Discover Zanzibar's Charms

Over the next two days, guests can unwind at their leisure, starting each morning with breakfast at the hotel. Spend time lounging on the fine white sands and swimming in the crystal-clear turquoise waters right outside your doorstep. Beyond the beach, explore Zanzibar's diverse coastlines, each offering unique landscapes and experiences.

A short walk from the hotel is a community-based NGO conservation project dedicated to preserving Zanzibar’s green turtle population, where guests can feed and swim with these gentle creatures in a natural saltwater lagoon.

For a change of scenery, visit Zanzibar’s only national park, a lush rainforest home to the endangered Red Colobus monkey, the elusive Zanzibar leopard, over fifty species of butterflies, and forty bird species. After a day of adventure, return to the hotel for a seaside dining experience or unwind by one of the two infinity pools overlooking the Indian Ocean. Dining options include a sea-view restaurant, a rooftop Sky Bar, and a pool patio with a poolside bar and outdoor dining area.

Day 7: Day of Departure

On the final day, guests will meet with the representative at the hotel for their transfer to Zanzibar Airport, concluding their stay as they continue their onward travels.
