The Detail
In a remote corner of the game-rich Serengeti National Park, a 10,000-hectare (24,700-acre) wildlife concession leased from Maasai landlords offers guests an exclusive Tanzanian safari at Klein’s Camp.
This diverse vegetation attracts an abundance of wildlife to the area, including vast resident lion prides, leopards, and cheetahs. The camp is also within easy reach of the world's Greatest Mammal Migration, which sees thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles traveling between the Serengeti and the Masai Mara in search of fresh grass that sprouts from the annual rains. The camp is located on a popular route used by the wildebeest as they move between north and south, affording guests the opportunity to witness this incredible spectacle twice during the year.
The camp boasts ten beautifully appointed cottages, including one family suite.
Each stone-walled and thatched-roof cottage features double or twin beds draped with mosquito netting, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity, a comfortable indoor seating area, a minibar, a hairdryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an outdoor patio complete with comfortable deck chairs, a couch, and spectacular views of the bushveld below.
The family suite includes two cottages connected by a protected walkway. The family suite can accommodate up to two adults and two children, with a third child on request.
The camp facilities include an open-air lounge, dining and bar area with a central fireplace, a swimming pool with loungers, laundry services, and babysitting services.
Activities offered at the camp include game drives conducted in open safari vehicles led by professional guides, night game drives that provide opportunities to see the rare nocturnal species of the African bush, and guided bush walks that allow for up-close encounters with the fauna, flora, and smaller wondrous creatures. Guests can also visit an authentic Maasai village to learn more about the fascinating Masai people or enjoy in-room massages.
Klein's Camp is ideal for solo explorers, couples, and families looking to witness the Great Migration and enjoy an exclusive safari experience.

Stay & Pay
Stay 4, Pay 3 Special – Stay four nights at the same lodge and only pay for three, with the complimentary night applied to the last night. Valid for all room types from 11 January–30 April 2026 and 1 November–20 December 2026. This offer cannot be combined with Long Stay rates on the same four nights; however, additional nights may be added at applicable Long Stay rates. Long Stay Offer: Stay 6+ nights and save up to 20% across a combination of &Beyond lodges in Africa (subject to seasonal availability and for the same guests on one itinerary).

One partner pays the full accommodation rate and the other partner pays just 50% of the accommodation rate for the entire stay. The discount is based on the 1–3-night rate. Not applicable to Family Suites, Family Cottages or Family Tents. Valid for travel within 6 months of the date of marriage, with proof of marriage required. A minimum 2-night stay applies and the offer cannot be combined with other offers or Long Stay rates.

Guests celebrating a significant wedding anniversary (1 st, 5 th, 10 th, 15 th, 20 th, 25 th, 30 th, 40 th, 50 th or 60 th) receive a 20% discount on accommodation. The offer is valid for 6 months before or after the celebration date and applies to all room types when booked on a 1–3-night rate. Proof via wedding certificate is required. 0–2 years sharing: free of charge (cots subject to availability). 3–5 years sharing: free of charge (triple rooms subject to availability). 6–16 years sharing with 1 or 2 adults: 50% of full adult rate. 6–16 years in own room: 1st child at adult rate, 2nd & 3rd at 50% (max 3 per room). 17+ charged full adult rate. Child rates do not apply to Villas. Family Cottages.
Notable exceptions
- Children of all ages may stay at the lodge, but standard game drives are restricted to ages 6+ (with 6–11 years at the Lodge Manager's discretion). A private vehicle may be booked at additional cost to allow children of any age on game drive, with sighting access at the guide's discretion. Children aged 3–5 may also request dedicated children's drives. The Family Cottage comprises two cottages linked by an enclosed walkway, accommodating max 2 adults + 2 children (3 children on request at additional cost); rate is per cottage per night and the standard child-rate structure does not apply. Childminders available on request (must be booked on day of arrival) at USD 5 per child per hour, payable directly to the lodge. Single supplement applies when an adult shares with an infant.
