An overview of Singita Ebony Lodge.
Singita Ebony Lodge is located in the oldest private game reserve in South Africa – the Sabi Sands. The Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve extends over 45 000 acres, and is part of the largest conservation area in South Africa. The reserve borders the Kruger National Park and, with no fences between them, the game moves freely between the two reserves.

You Should Know
Children of all ages are welcome at Singita Ebony Lodge. All activities at the lodge are tailored to specifically suit the interests of each family. In the interest of safety, children may participate in game drives and bush walks at the discretion of dedicated Field Guides. The lodge also offers childminding services, as well as an array of activities to keep little ones engaged and entertained.

Singita Ebony Lodge has 12 luxury suites, each with a private plunge pool and elevated river views. Interiors feature a mix of heritage antiques, contemporary African art, and natural textures to create a modern safari aesthetic. Suites are designed with glass and canvas to maximize light and outdoor views.

Child rates apply ages 2–16 sharing with adults (approx. 50% of adult rate). Family Suite priced per suite (1–3 guests, max 2 adults & 2 children). Villa (private use of 2 Family Suites) accommodates max 4 adults & 4 children.
Notable exceptions
- Singita Ebony Lodge welcomes children of all ages on game drives and from age 2 in suites. A dedicated Family Suite (max 2 adults & 2 children) and Villa (private use of 2 combined Family Suites, max 4 adults & 4 children) cater to families, and Bush Suite and Lewis Suite offer interleading on request. Babysitting and tailor-made family activities are available, alongside the Mini Rangers Course for young explorers. A Private Vehicle is available as a paid extra (ZAR 22,050 per vehicle per day) but is not required for families. Note: the Inyati Game Lodge supplier file references a stricter under-12 policy tied to whole-lodge reservation — this applies to Inyati itself, not to Singita Ebony.
